Biodiversa is pleased to announce the publication of the joint Biodiversa/WaterJPI Call Brochure. The brochure provides information on the BiodivRestore call process, from its development to the evaluation and selection of proposals.
BiodivRestore consists of a joint call for international research projects co-funded by the European Commission, and a set of other activities addressed to researchers, non-academic stakeholders and research programmers. These activities include:
- networking and capacity building events,
- supporting stakeholder engagement and
- promoting the uptake of research results including in non-academic sectors.
Building on previous Biodiversa and Water JPI funded projects and on contributions from BiodivRestore, scientific foresight work will also be performed to identify new research frontiers, gaps and priorities for the conservation and restoration of degraded ecosystems and their biodiversity.
This brochure highlights the profile of both submitted and selected proposals and offers a description of the 22 projects that were selected for funding for a total amount of over 21.3 million euro.
