Biodiversa+ has just released a call for tender for its future website. It will be the primary access point and reference for Biodiversa+. It will serve as the main container for Biodiversa+ content and will ensure a continuous exchange and feedback between the users and Biodiversa+ partners.
The Biodiversa+ website will have four interconnected modules.
An interactive and user-friendly website will be developed ensuring continuity with the biodiversa.org website. It will include amongst other information on the objectives, solutions and scope of Biodiversa+, partners and governance, funding opportunities and research results, downloadable promotional material, videos etc. It will contain up-to-date news on Biodiversa+ activities and opportunities, as well as policy developments relevant to the European biodiversity landscape.
Two databases will be integrated to the domain of Biodiversa+. The first one will be the Partnership database, consisting of an update and redesign of the existing BiodivERsA database. The second database will be on existing research infrastructures, and builds on an analysis carried out by BiodivERsA.
A secure intranet will be developed and integrated to the Biodiversa+ website to allow the various governance bodies to access archived documents, milestones and deliverables.
A centralized knowledge hub will be developed to provide FAIR access to Biodiversa+ data, publications and information, as well as the data and information gathered across the Biodiversa+ funded projects.
Offers can be submitted through the French bulletin for public procurements, BOAMP, or via email to cverhaegen(at)naturalsciences.be with the subject line “Biodiversa+ tender submission – *service provider’s name*”.
