In September 2022, Biodiversa+ launched the BiodivMon call to support research projects aimed at improving transnational monitoring of biodiversity and ecosystem change. This call resulted in the funding of 33 innovative transnational projects.
The projects will run for 3 years and address the following themes:
- Innovation and harmonisation of methods and tools for the collection and management of biodiversity monitoring data
- Addressing knowledge gaps related to biodiversity status, dynamics, and trends in order to reverse biodiversity loss
- Making effective use of available biodiversity monitoring data
This BiodivMon kick-off is organised back to back with the Science-Policy Forum which will take place on 16 April 2024, offering a deeper dive in coordination efforts across all national, European, and global levels.
Register here to attend virtually or on-site
On-site registration deadline: 28 March 2024.
